[DATE]The Service is operated by [LEGAL NAME], registry code [REG NO], registered at [ADDRESS], Estonia. Contact: [EMAIL].
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
HigherHigh (the “Service”) is an educational simulator for practising day-trading skills on historical market data (CME futures, plus live crypto, metals and FX quotes shown for practice). All balances, positions and results inside the Service are virtual.
The Service is not a broker, a trading venue, a payment service, an investment adviser, a portfolio manager or a source of investment recommendations. We do not accept, hold or invest anyone's money on the markets.
Everything in the Service is a simulation on past data. Results inside the Service do not predict and do not guarantee results on real markets. Figures, levels and targets shown inside the Service — including in the visual introduction — are part of the training environment and are not a forecast, a promise or a claim of earnings.
Nothing in the Service is individual investment advice. Decisions on real markets are yours alone and at your own risk.
You must be 18 or older. The Service is available without registration; an account (email and password) is optional and exists to keep your progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe.
Part of the Service is free and stays free. A paid plan (“Pro”) unlocks additional features listed on the pricing screen inside the Service.
[PAYMENT PROVIDER], who acts as the seller of record and issues your receipt. Their terms apply to the payment itself.Refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please do not:
If an account breaks these rules we may limit or close it. Where a paid period was cut short by us for reasons other than a breach, we refund the unused part.
Rating points (RP) and rankings exist for motivation only. They carry no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and can be recalculated if we find manipulation or a defect in how they were awarded.
The code, design, texts, the visual world, the name and the logo belong to [LEGAL NAME]. Market data belongs to its sources and is used for educational purposes. A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service — not ownership of it.
We develop the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation: it depends on hosting, data sources and third-party services.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, [LEGAL NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or for decisions taken on real markets with or without reference to the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event.
Nothing here limits rights that consumers have by law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend an account that breaks section 6, or close the Service entirely — in which case active paid periods are refunded pro rata.
We may update these Terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will tell subscribers before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the law of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are heard by the courts of Estonia. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
