Refund Policy

Last updated: [DATE]
In one line: cancel whenever you like — access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of a first payment you can also ask for the money back.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any moment from your account inside the Service. Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for — we do not switch anything off the moment you press cancel.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund: it stops the next payment, it does not return the current one. For that, see below.

2. The 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day of purchase to withdraw from the contract and get your money back, with no reason given.

One exception matters here, and it is required by law to be stated plainly: digital services start immediately. When you subscribe, you are asked to confirm that you want access right away and that you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Until then the right stands, and in practice we honour it for the first 14 days regardless — see the next section.

5. How to ask

Write to [EMAIL] from the address the account is registered to. Say what you paid for and when. We answer within 3 working days and, once approved, send the refund within 14 days to the same payment method.

Refunds are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER], the seller of record. How quickly the money appears afterwards depends on your bank — usually 3–10 days.

6. Free plan

A large part of the Service is free and stays free: the markets, the account ladder, the rating, the knowledge base with its exam, and the measured trade review. You can practise for as long as you like without paying anything.
