1. About the Service

HigherHigh (the “Service”) is an educational simulator for practising day-trading skills on historical market data (CME: ES, NQ; plus live crypto, metals and FX quotes). The Service is not a broker, a trading venue, an investment adviser or a source of investment recommendations.

2. No real trading, no advice

Everything in the Service is a simulation on past data. Simulator results do not guarantee real-market results. Nothing in the Service constitutes individual investment advice. Real-market decisions are yours alone and at your own risk.

3. Account

Registration is optional (email + password) and exists to save your progress. You are responsible for keeping access to your account safe. Users must be 18 or older (financial subject matter).

4. Acceptable use

You may not: break or overload the Service, copy its code, pass the Service off as your own, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The code, design, name and logo belong to "----". Market data belongs to its sources.

6. Subscriptions and payments (future)

Some features may become paid via subscription. Payment, renewal and refund terms will be published when paid plans launch. Payments via "----".

7. Limitation of liability
